Enterprise agreements
DRV Work is sold through direct enterprise agreements. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the order form or agreement between DRV and your organization.
Cancellation
To cancel or discuss changes to your subscription, contact us at billing@drv.com. Unless the agreement specifies otherwise, access continues until the end of the current billing period and unused time is not refunded.
Billing disputes
Please contact us at billing@drv.com before filing a chargeback — we resolve most billing issues within 24 hours.
