Terms of Service

1. Introduction

DRV Work is a multi-domain business platform operated by DRV. These Terms govern your access to and use of DRV Work.

2. Account creation

Workspaces on DRV Work are provisioned by our team for the organizations we onboard. By using DRV Work, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to bind your organization, and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Subscription and billing

DRV Work is currently sold through direct enterprise agreements. Pricing, invoicing, and payment terms are set out in the order form or agreement between DRV and your organization. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DRV Work for any illegal, harmful, or infringing activity. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise commercialize the platform without our written consent.

5. Data ownership

You own your data. We store it securely and process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Your data will remain available for export for 90 days after termination.

7. Limitation of liability

DRV Work is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DRV is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
